Do you ship puppies across Canada?
Yes. We offer safe air shipping across Canada using trusted pet cargo partners like Air Canada, WestJet, and CargoJet (route availability depends on the airport). We regularly help families in provinces outside Ontario, including Newfoundland & Labrador (St. John’s / YYT). We’ll confirm timing, airport details, and the best option for your location before you reserve.
What’s included when I bring my puppy home?
Every PawTouch puppy goes home with a vet check, first vaccine, and deworming — microchipped — along with the supporting records. You’ll also receive a starter kit including a blanket (comfort item) and a small bag of food to help your puppy transition smoothly. We also help with microchip registration support through PetChip, plus simple guidance on feeding, routine, and settling in during the first days at home.
Are your puppies hypoallergenic and non-shedding?
Our Poodle-mix breeds (like Maltipoo, Cavapoo, Cockapoo, and Goldendoodle mixes) are generally considered non-shedding and are often a good fit for families concerned about allergies. That said, no dog is 100% hypoallergenic, and reactions vary person to person. If allergies are a concern, we can help you choose the best coat type and share tips to reduce allergens at home.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. We offer Shop Pay Installments for eligible customers, so you can pay over time with 0% interest for up to 6 months (subject to approval and qualifying orders at checkout). If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we can also walk you through the checkout options.
